Καὶ ἐποίησεν ὁ βασιλεὺς τὰ ξύλα τὰ πελεκητὰ ὑποστηρίγματα τοῦ οἴκου Κυρίου καὶ τοῦ οἴκου τοῦ βασιλέως, καὶ νάβλας καὶ κινύρας τοῖς ᾠδοῖς· οὐκ ἐληλύθει τοιαῦτα ξύλα ἀπελέκητα ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς, οὐδὲ ὤφθησάν που ἕως τῆς ἡμέρας ταύτης.

And the king made the hewn wood into supports for the house of the Lord and for the house of the king, and into harps and lyres for the singers. Such unhewn wood had not come upon the earth, nor had it been seen anywhere until this day.
