Καὶ ἐκοιμήθη Σαλωμὼν μετὰ τῶν πατέρων αὐτοῦ, καὶ ἔθαψαν αὐτὸν ἐν πόλει Δαυὶδ τοῦ πατρὸς αὐτοῦ· καὶ ἐγενήθη ὡς ἤκουσεν Ἱεροβοὰμ υἱὸς Ναβὰτ, καὶ αὐτοῦ ἔτι ὄντος ἐν Αἰγύπτῳ ὡς ἔφυγεν ἐκ προσώπου Σαλωμὼν καὶ ἐκάθητο ἐν Αἰγύπτῳ, κατευθύνει καὶ ἔρχεται εἰς τὴν πόλιν αὐτοῦ εἰς τὴν γῆν Σαριρὰ τὴν ἐν ὄρει Ἐφραίμ. Καὶ ὁ βασιλεὺς Σαλωμὼν ἐκοιμήθη μετὰ τῶν πατέρων αὐτοῦ, καὶ ἐβασίλευσε Ῥοβοὰμ ὁ υἱὸς αὐτοῦ ἀντʼ αὐτοῦ.

And Solomon slept with his fathers, and they buried him in the city of David his father, and it happened when Jeroboam son of Nebat heard, while he was still in Egypt where he had fled from the face of Solomon and was dwelling in Egypt, he directed his way and came to his city in the land of Zeruah which is in the mountain of Ephraim. And King Solomon slept with his fathers, and Rehoboam his son reigned in his place.
