Καὶ εἶπε πρὸς αὐτὸν, τάδε λέγει Κύριος, διότι ἐξήνεγκας σὺ ἄνδρα ὀλέθριον ἐκ τῆς χειρός σου, καὶ ἔσται ἡ ψυχή σου ἀντὶ τῆς ψυχῆς αὐτοῦ, καὶ ὁ λαός σου ἀντὶ τοῦ λαοῦ αὐτοῦ.

And he said to him, Thus says the Lord: because you have let a deadly man go from your hand, your life shall be for his life, and your people for his people.
