1 Maccabees 11:34

We have therefore set for them the boundaries of Judea and the three districts, Aphaerema and Lydda and Rathamin, which were added to Judea from Samaria, and all the adjoining territories for all those who sacrifice in Jerusalem, in place of the royal taxes which the king formerly received from them yearly from the produce of the earth and the tree fruits.
