καὶ εἶπεν Ἰούδας Περιζώσασθε, καὶ γενέσθε εἰς υἱοὺς δυνατούς· καὶ γίνεσθε ἕτοιμοι εἰς τὸ πρωὶ τοῦ πολεμῆσαι ἐν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν τούτοις τοῖς ἐπισυνηγμένοις ἐφʼ ἡμᾶς ἐξᾶραι ἡμᾶς καὶ τὰ ἅγια ἡμῶν.
