καὶ κατέσπευδον καὶ ἐπενύσσοντο τοῦ ἀπελθεῖν· καὶ εἶπεν πρὸς τὸν βασιλέα καὶ τοὺς ἡγεμόνας τῆς δυνάμεως καὶ τοὺς ἄνδρας Ἐκλείπομεν καθʼ ἡμέραν, καὶ ἡ τροφὴ ἡμῖν ὀλίγη, καὶ ὁ τόπος, οὗ παρεμβάλλομεν, ἐστὶν ὀχυρός, καὶ ἐπίκειται ἡμῖν τὰ τῆς βασιλείας.
