καὶ εἶπεν Ἰούδας Μή μοι γένοιτο ποιῆσαι τὸ πράγμα τοῦτο, φυγεῖν ἀπʼ αὐτῶν· καὶ ἤγγικεν ὁ καιρὸς ἡμῶν, καὶ ἀποθάνωμεν ἀνδρίᾳ χάριν τῶν ἀδελφῶν ἡμῶν, καὶ μὴ καταλείπωμεν αἰτίαν τῇ δόξῃ ἡμῶν.

And Judah said, May it never be that I should do this thing, to flee from them. Our time has drawn near, so let us die with manly courage for the sake of our brothers, and let us not leave a stain upon our glory.
