Καὶ διῆγον τοὺς υἱοὺς αὐτῶν καὶ τὰς θυγατέρας αὐτῶν ἐν πυρὶ, καὶ ἐμαντεύοντο μαντείας, καὶ οἰωνίζοντο· καὶ ἐπράθησαν τοῦ ποιῆσαι τὸ πονηρὸν ἐν ὀφθαλμοῖς Κυρίου παροργίσαι αὐτόν.
