↵ 2 Samuel 15 Καὶ εἶπε Δαυὶδ πᾶσι τοῖς παισὶν αὐτοῦ τοῖς μετʼ αὐτοῦ τοῖς ἐν Ἰερουσαλὴμ, ἀνάστητε καὶ φύγωμεν, ὅτι οὐκ ἔστιν ἡμῖν σωτηρία ἀπὸ προσώπου Ἀβεσσαλώμ· ταχύνατε τοῦ πορευθῆναι, ἵνα μὴ ταχύνῃ καὶ καταλάβῃ ἡμᾶς, καὶ ἐξώσῃ ἐφʼ ἡμᾶς τὴν κακίαν, καὶ πατάξῃ τὴν πόλιν ἐν στόματι μαχαίρης.

And David said to all his servants with him in Jerusalem, Arise and let us flee, because there is no salvation for us from the face of Absalom. Hasten to go, so that he may not hasten and overtake us, and thrust wickedness upon us, and strike the city with the mouth of the sword.
