Καὶ ἔρχονται πάντες οἱ πρεσβύτεροι Ἰσραὴλ πρὸς τὸν βασιλέα εἰς Χεβρὼν, καὶ διέθετο αὐτοῖς ὁ βασιλεὺς Δαυὶδ διαθήκην ἐν Χεβρὼν ἐνώπιον Κυρίου· καὶ χρίουσι τὸν Δαυὶδ εἰς βασιλέα ἐπὶ πάντα Ἰσραήλ.

And all the elders of Israel came to the king at Hebron, and King David made a covenant with them at Hebron before the Lord, and they anointed David as king over all Israel.
