↵ Deuteronomy 4 φυγεῖν ἐκεῖ τὸν φονευτὴν ὃς ἂν φονεύσῃ τὸν πλησίον οὐκ εἰδὼς, καὶ οὗτος οὐ μισῶν αὐτὸν πρὸ τῆς χθὲς καὶ τῆς τρίτης, καὶ καταφεύξεται εἰς μίαν τῶν πόλεων τούτων, καὶ ζήσεται·

The murderer who kills his neighbor unintentionally, and who was not hating him previously, may flee there and shall take refuge in one of these cities and live.
