Ἰδόντες δὲ αὐτὸ οἱ υἱοὶ Ἰσραὴλ, εἶπαν ἕτερος τῷ ἑτέρῳ, τί ἐστι τοῦτο; οὐ γὰρ ᾔδεισαν τί ἦν· εἶπε δὲ Μωυσῆς αὐτοῖς, οὗτος ὁ ἄρτος, ὃν ἔδωκε Κύριος ὑμῖν φαγεῖν.

Having seen it, the sons of Israel said to one another, What is this? For they did not know what it was. Moses said to them, This is the bread which the Lord has given you to eat.
