Οὗτος ἐποίησε θυσιαστηρίῳ παράθεμα, ἔργον δικτυωτὸν κάτωθεν τοῦ πυρείου ὑπὸ αὐτὸ ἕως τοῦ ἡμίσους αὐτοῦ· καὶ ἐπέθηκεν αὐτῷ τέσσαρας δακτυλίους ἐκ τῶν τεσσάρων μερῶν τοῦ παραθέματος τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου χαλκοῦς, εὐρεῖς τοῖς μοχλοῖς, ὥστε αἴρειν ἐν αὐτοῖς τὸ θυσιαστήριον·

He made for the altar a covering, a network work from below the brazier under it until the half of it, and he placed on it four bronze rings from the four parts of the grating of the altar, wide for the bars, so that the altar could be lifted with them.
