Καὶ εἶπε πρὸς μὲ, υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου, τάδε λέγει Κύριος ὁ Θεὸς Ἰσραὴλ, ταῦτα τὰ προστάγματα τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου ἐν ἡμέρᾳ ποιήσεως αὐτοῦ, τοῦ ἀναφέρειν ἐπʼ αὐτοῦ ὁλοκαυτώματα, καὶ προσχέειν πρὸς αὐτὸ αἷμα.

And he said to me, Son of man, thus says the Lord God of Israel: these are the ordinances of the altar on the day of its construction, for offering burnt offerings upon it and for pouring blood upon it.
