Ἄρχων ἐνδύσεται ἀφανισμὸν, καὶ αἱ χεῖρες τοῦ λαοῦ τῆς γῆς παραλυθήσονται· κατὰ τὰς ὁδοὺς αὐτῶν ποιήσω αὐτοῖς, καὶ ἐν τοῖς κρίμασιν αὐτῶν ἐκδικήσω αὐτοὺς, καὶ γνώσονται ὅτι ἐγὼ Κύριος.

The ruler will put on destruction, and the hands of the people of the earth will be paralyzed. According to their ways I will do to them, and in their judgments I will punish them, and they will know that I am the Lord.
