Ezra 4:23

Τότε ὁ φορολόγος τοῦ Ἀρθασασθὰ βασιλέως ἀνέγνω ἐνώπιον Ῥεοὺμ βαλτὰμ καὶ Σαμψὰ γραμματέως καὶ συνδούλων αὐτοῦ· καὶ ἐπορεύθησαν σπουδῇ εἶς Ἱερουσαλὴμ καὶ ἐν Ἰούδα, καὶ κατήργησαν αὐτοὺς ἐν ἵπποις καὶ δυνάμει.

Then the tax collector of King Artaxerxes read before Rehum, Beltam, and Shamsa the scribe and his fellow slaves, and they went with zeal into Jerusalem and into Judah, and they stopped them with horses and force.
