Καὶ ἐξᾴρας Ἰακὼβ τοὺς πόδας ἐπορεύθη εἰς γῆν ἀνατολῶν, πρὸς Λάβαν τὸν υἱὸν Βαθουὴλ τοῦ Σύρου, ἀδελφὸν δὲ Ῥεβέκκας, μητρὸς Ἰακὼβ καὶ Ἡσαῦ.

And Jacob, having lifted up his feet, went into the land of the east, toward Laban the son of Bethuel the Syrian, the brother of Rebecca, the mother of Jacob and Esau.
