Ἐγένετο δὲ ἡνίκα κατῴκησεν Ἰσραὴλ ἐν τῇ γῇ ἐκείνῃ, ἐπορεύθη Ῥουβὴν, καὶ ἐκοιμήθη μετὰ Βαλλὰς, τῆς παλλακῆς τοῦ πατρὸς αὐτοῦ Ἰακώβ· καὶ ἤκουσεν Ἰσραὴλ, καὶ πονηρὸν ἐφάνη ἐναντίον αὐτοῦ.
