↵ Genesis 42 Ἰδὼν δὲ Ἰωσὴφ τοὺς ἀδελφοὺς αὐτοῦ, ἐπέγνω· καὶ ἠλλοτριοῦτο ἀπ αὐτῶν, καὶ ἐλάλησεν αὐτοῖς σκληρά· καὶ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς, πόθεν ἥκατε; οἱ δὲ εἶπον, ἐκ γῆς Χαναὰν, ἀγοράσαι βρώματα.

When Joseph saw his brothers, he recognized them and made himself a stranger to them, and spoke harshly to them, and said to them, From where have you come? But they said, From the land of Canaan, to buy food.
