Ἠκούσθη γὰρ εἰς τὰ ὦτα Κυρίου σαβαὼθ ταῦτα· ἐὰν γὰρ γένωνται οἰκίαι πολλαί, εἰς ἔρημον ἔσονται μεγάλαι καὶ καλαὶ, καὶ οὐκ ἔσονται οἱ ἐνοικοῦντες ἐν αὐταῖς.

For these things were heard in the ears of the Lord of hosts: if many houses become wilderness, the great and beautiful ones will be without those dwelling in them.
