Καὶ ἀπέστειλεν ἐκεῖ ἡ συναγωγὴ δώδεκα χιλιάδας ἀνδρῶν ἀπὸ υἱῶν τῆς δυνάμεως, καὶ ἐνετείλαντο αὐτοῖς λέγοντες, πορεύεσθε καὶ πατάξατε τοὺς οἰκοῦντας Ἰαβεῖς Γαλαὰδ ἐν στόματι ῥομφαίας.

And the congregation sent there twelve thousand men from the sons of the force, and they commanded them saying, Go and strike those dwelling in Jabesh Gilead with the edge of the sword.
