Καὶ προσέθεντο οἱ υἱοὶ Ἰσραὴλ ποιῆσαι τὸ πονηρὸν ἐνώπιον Κυρίου· καὶ ἐνίσχυσε Κύριος τὸν Ἐγλὼμ βασιλέα Μωὰβ ἐπὶ τὸν Ἰσραὴλ, διὰ τὸ πεποιηκέναι αὐτοὺς τὸ πονηρὸν ἔναντι Κυρίου.
