Καὶ ἔσται ὅταν εἴπητε, τίνος ἕνεκεν ἐποίησε Κύριος ὁ Θεὸς ἡμῶν ἡμῖν πάντα ταῦτα; καὶ ἐρεῖς αὐτοῖς, ἀνθʼ ὧν ἐδουλεύσατε θεοῖς ἀλλοτρίοις ἐν τῇ γῇ ὑμῶν, οὕτως δουλεύσετε ἀλλοτρίοις ἐν τῇ γῇ οὐχ ὑμῶν.

And it will be whenever you say, For what reason has the Lord our God done all these things to us? you will say to them, Because you served foreign gods in your own land, thus you will serve foreigners in a land not your own.
