Κατῃσχύνθησαν, ὅτι ἐξελίποσαν· καὶ οὐδʼ ὡς καταισχυνόμενοι κατῃσχύνθησαν, καὶ τὴν ἀτιμίαν αὐτῶν οὐκ ἔγνωσαν· διατοῦτο πεσοῦνται ἐν τῇ πτώσει αὐτῶν, καὶ ἐν καιρῷ ἐπισκοπῆς ἀπολοῦνται, εἶπε Κύριος.

They were ashamed because they failed, and yet they were not ashamed as those being ashamed, and they did not know their dishonor; therefore they will fall in their fall, and in the time of visitation they will perish, said the Lord.
