ἦραν οὖν λίθους ἵνα βάλωσιν ἐπ᾽ αὐτόν. Ἰησοῦς δὲ ἐκρύβη, καὶ ἐξῆλθεν ἐκ τοῦ ἱεροῦ διελθὼν διὰ μέσου αὐτῶν, καὶ παρῆγεν οὕτως.

Therefore they took up stones so that they might throw them upon him. But Jesus was hidden, and went out of the temple, having passed through the midst of them, and was passing by thus.
