Καὶ ἐλοιδορεῖτο ὁ λαὸς πρὸς Μωυσῆν, λέγοντες, ὄφελον ἀπεθάνομεν ἐν τῇ ἀπωλείᾳ τῶν ἀδελφῶν ἡμῶν ἔναντι Κυρίου.

And the people quarreled with Moses, saying, Would that we had died in the destruction of our brothers before the Lord.
