Ὡς δὲ εἰσῆλθεν Ἰωναθὰν εἰς Πτολεμαίδα, ἀπέκλεισαν οἱ Πτολεμαῖται τὰς πύλας, καὶ συνέλαβον αὐτόν, καὶ πάντας τοὺς συνελθόντας μετʼ αὐτοῦ ἀπέκτειναν ἐν ῥομφαίᾳ.
