Καὶ ἀπῆλθε Δαυὶδ ἐκεῖθεν εἰς Μασσηφὰθ τῆς Μωὰβ, καὶ εἶπε πρὸς βασιλέα Μωὰβ, γινέσθωσαν δὴ ὁ πατήρ μου καὶ ἡ μήτηρ μου παρὰ σοί, ἕως ὅτου γνῶ τί ποιήσει μοι ὁ Θεός.

And David went away from there into Mizpah of Moab, and said to the king of Moab, let my father and my mother indeed be with you, until I may know what God will do to me.
