ἐὰν ἐξαναστὰς ὁ ἄνθρωπος περιπατήσῃ ἔξω ἐπὶ ῥάβδου, ἀθῶος ἔσται ὁ πατάξας· πλὴν τῆς ἀργείας αὐτοῦ ἀποτίσει, καὶ τὰ ἰατρεῖα.

If the man, having risen up, should walk outside upon a staff, the one who struck him will be innocent, except he shall pay for his idleness and the medical costs.
