Ἐξέτεινεν οὖν Ἀαρὼν τῇ χειρὶ τὴν ῥάβδον, καὶ ἐπάταξε τὸ χῶμα τῆς γῆς· καὶ ἐγένοντο οἱ σκνίφες ἐν τοῖς ἀνθρώποις, ἔν τε τοῖς τετράποσι, καὶ ἐν παντὶ χώματι τῆς γῆς ἐγένοντο οἱ σκνίφες.

Therefore Aaron stretched out his hand with the rod and struck the dust of the earth, and the gnats came upon the people and the four-footed animals, and in all the dust of the earth the gnats appeared.
