Σῖτος δὲ οὐκ ἦν ἐν πάσῃ τῇ γῇ, ἐνίσχυσε γὰρ ὁ λιμὸς σφόδρα· ἐξέλιπε δὲ ἡ γῆ Αἰγύπτου καὶ ἡ γῆ Χαναὰν ἀπὸ τοῦ λιμοῦ.
