Ὅτι χείλη ἱερέως φυλάξεται γνῶσιν, καὶ νόμον ἐκζητήσουσιν ἐκ στόματος αὐτοῦ, διότι ἄγγελος Κυρίου παντοκράτορός ἐστιν.

Because the lips of a priest shall guard knowledge, and they will seek the law from his mouth, because he is an angel of the Lord almighty.
