Καὶ εἶπε Βαλαὰμ τῷ ἀγγέλῳ Κυρίου, ἡμάρτηκα, οὐ γὰρ ἠπιστάμην ὅτι σύ μοι ἀνθέστηκας ἐν τῇ ὁδῷ εἰς συνάντησιν· καὶ νῦν εἰ μή σοι ἀρκέσει, ἀποστραφήσομαι.

And Balaam said to the angel of the Lord, I have sinned, for I did not know that you were opposing me on the way to meet me, and now if it does not please you, I will turn back.
